Are you accepting new vendors?
Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting new vendors. If you are interested in becoming a vendor please email SalemNightFaire@gmail.com to be added to the waiting list. Please include your contact information, website and social media handles. Should openings become available a member of our staff will contact you.
Do vendors accept cash only?
Although most vendors accept credit cards some vendors may only accept cash. Additionally, we have a number of performers throughout the village and we highly encourage tipping for the buskers. As such bringing small bills is recommended.
What is the best way to get to Pioneer Village?
We recommend using the WAZE app for directions to Pioneer Village as it updates in real-time and often takes you through the back roads of Salem to avoid the downtown road closures and traffic.
Is there parking at Pioneer Village?
Yes, there is a parking lot at Pioneer Village. Please download the Passport Parking App to pay by plate. Parking is 4 hours max between the hours of 8am and 8pm. After 8pm parking is free but no overnight parking is allowed. Parking is also available at Salem State’s O’Keefe Center located at 225 Canal Street. Pioneer Village is about a ten-minute walk from this location. Pioneer Village is located in a residential neighborhood with residents parking only. We kindly ask all visitors to respect the surrounding neighborhood and not park on the street. Your car will be towed at your own expense. Will the event be canceled if the weather is bad?
As this is an outdoor venue we continually monitor the weather. If the event is cancelled due to the weather we will announce it on our social media channels. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook @SalemNightFaire Please note if you purchased your tickets online we are unable to provide you with a refund if we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Is the park ADA friendly?
At this time Pioneer Village does not state their location is ADA friendly on their website. There is a ramp to the main entrance of the village however once within the village it is uneven dirt paths. Please view photos of the park here.
Does Pioneer Village have restrooms?
There are limited portable toilets within Pioneer Village it is highly recommended to use the bathrooms located in the parking lot (stone building) prior to entering the park as you are not able to re-enter once you leave.
